Two Fords in the family and I'm tired of explaining the same problem twice

Bit of a long shot but here goes. We've got a Mustang GT and an Explorer at home and both have been giving me small headaches lately, the Mustang has a whine coming from somewhere in the front end and the Explorer's AC has never been great since we bought it used. The annoying part is every workshop I try treats them like they're some exotic import, ordering parts takes forever and half the time they just guess at the fault. What I really want is one place that knows both cars so I'm not juggling two different garages and repeating myself every visit. A friend swears there's a Genuine Ford Mustang and Explorer workshop in Musaffah that handles these properly but I haven't been able to confirm which one he meant. Would rather hear from actual owners than trust a random Google review. Also if anyone has had that front end whine on a Mustang, did it turn out to be a pulley or something more expensive? Trying to brace myself before I take it in.
